- To lead assigned territories by handling distributors and order booker to achieve assigned targets and implementing sales strategy.
- To visit market with order bookers to support achieve targets
- To cross check the working of order bookers and sales men.
- Ensuring the stock availability in the market.
- Optimize business development plan by working closely with Territory Sales Managers to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency through development and prequalification of leads.
- Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surfaced needs.
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time needs.
- Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Professional Services, Product Development) to promote sales for new and existing customers to maximize NFL’s profits.
- Analyze the sales records of individual team members and the entire staff in order to understand what areas the associates need more guidance in.
- Direct the territory sales team, teaching them important elements of the company products and services in order to give them the tools needed to be successful team members
- Monitor customer preferences to better understand what type of sales efforts would be most effective for particular clients
- Project potential sales for future quarters and years by reviewing operational reports and records
- Prepare budgets at the beginning of each fiscal year to ensure the corporate money is spent in the best ways possible
- Visiting shops personally based on crystal reports to oversee and ensure smooth sales
- To ensure Trade Marketing activity in Trade Marketing Application.
- Target planning and achieving for the month and year
- To prepare monthly unit wise / value wise target of assigned territory
- To split assigned unit wise, value wise targets into area wise and booker wise
- To split assigned targets into day wise breakup
- To monitor and ensure day to day targets assigned to their respective team
- Preparation of Sales report with respect to their areas
- To share daily reports on Google Drive based on KPIs and market visit objectives
- To gather information about competitor’s for line managers with respect to market visits
- To prepare up to date status of Trade marketing activities and provide lists to the line manager.
- To prepare analysis of achievement and KPIs with respect to the assigned targets.
