Junaid is the founder and Chief Executive of Talent Experts International. Khurshed Abul Khair brought over 4-decades of professional, local and international experience to Talent Experts International (TE). He is leading the TE’s management and consultants in the capacity of Senior Partner at TE.  He has extensive local and international experience in senior management cadre. These relate to fortune 500 multinational banks, large private and public sector institutions.

Khurshed spearheaded Strategic Business Transformation Projects across the Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East, South East Asia, and Pakistan. His recent major project relating to the banking industry has been with Bank Alfalah, as their Head of Strategic Transformation, Alignment, and Restructuring. This is related to business transformation and centralization of operation carrying a CAPEX of Rs 1 billion (approx. value at that time was m USD). This involved replacement of local operating systems and the implementation of international software applications. These covered the entire spectrum of Islamic and Conventional Banking.  It also involved the construction of state of art tier 1V data centers and communication links for the entire network of branches across Pakistan. Further, it involved the management of multinational expert teams drawn from seven major international originations working alongside local teams for the delivery of centralized banking operations.

This meant management of complex interdependencies for collective delivery of project within agreed timelines and budgets. The project was successfully implemented.

Syeda Khizran Junaid is a practicing Meditator, with over a decade of professional experience in student counseling, learning, executive search, teaching, and information technology, with reputed institutions such as Executives Network International, AMWAJ (A Project of School of Leadership), Toronto School of Academic Excellence and Talent Experts International.

She holds a firm grasp over various meditation techniques, such as:
